New Opportunity!

The Mentor Marketplace of Cambridge Community Services ( CCS ) is currently recruiting volunteers to serve as mentors and tutors for a diverse group of high school youth in the agency’s City Links program and at the International Student and Family Center of the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School .   Cambridge Community Services has been assisting youth to overcome barriers to educational options, employment opportunities, and future self-sufficiency since 1986. Mentors provide teens with one-to-one career and personal guidance, and tutors offer individual academic assistance on weekday evenings.

All volunteers receive comprehensive training that prepares them for their role in assisting young people to develop critical life skills, explore career options, achieve school success, and pursue higher education opportunities.  Ongoing volunteer support and group activities are also provided.
